A continuous telemonitoring system that detects ECG, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, and posture in real time, while SpO₂ and blood pressure are measured via third-party devices, providing a complete and constant overview of vital parameters.
Designed for post-discharge care, frail patients, community healthcare settings, and intermediate care, it enables early detection of clinical deterioration signals, reducing inappropriate Emergency Department visits and hospital readmissions.
The 1AX biosensor allows patients to move freely within a hospital or home environment, while their ECG and biometric data are continuously collected and transmitted with low latency for up to five days.

The UbiqVue™ portal enables centralized monitoring management.
Authorized healthcare professionals can access, from any connected workstation, a multi-patient view of continuously collected parameters, with configurable parameter-based alerts and automatic report generation features.

Operational features
The system allows simultaneous monitoring of up to 18 patients per screen, with the ability to view detailed data and analyze historical trends. It includes configurable alerts and customizable reports (per session, daily, or at the end of monitoring).
It can be integrated with EMR/EHR systems according to interoperability standards and is accessible via web from authorized workstations, ensuring continuity of information flow.
From a security standpoint, it adopts advanced encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and measures compliant with GDPR and HIPAA principles for data protection.
